As you may or may not be aware that due to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) the State of Ohio has officially gone into quarantine for all non-essential businesses. We are out of the office due to a high number of cases in our county.
Please understand that you should expect some delays not only from the FICO Pump Team but all vendors and companies that you may currently be working with.
For Personal Primary Tradeline Orders Update
Please understand that we have contracted a new vendor and are giving that vendor a few weeks for the outbreak to slow down and the Government to add a stimulus plan before we do the next upload. If you have a line that did not post last month due to delays at the bureaus, incorrect information or for non-posting; we will add your profile to the next upload on 04/22/2020.
*Primary lines are aged 4-6 years. They stay on file permanently. If payment is reversed before the population dates specified, the lines will be reported as NEGATIVE on your file. Primary lines currently are uploaded on the 22nd of each month, all orders must be in and payment cleared within 3 days of upload date. In any event when a new listing or change is provided client/or broker will be immediately notified so that needed lines may be purchased in a timely manner. All lines require on average 30 business days to populate or sooner. (there are times when they take longer if something arises after posting) YOU will be informed of this if it happens. ALL FRAUD AND FREEZES MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE UPLOADING. OTHERWISE DELAYS WILL ARISE.*
Primary Business Tradelines Update
To pull a free copy of your PayNet Business Credit Report, please email PayNet. Their email is firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need your full name, business information exactly how you submitted it to us for reporting, and your company email address to receive the free report. Once you have your report please email a copy to email@example.com with the name of the company in the subject line. In the body of the email just let them know that you were denied credit.
To get a free copy of your Equifax Business Credit Report you can either call 1-(800) 727-8495, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can mail to Equifax Commercial Solutions P.O. Box 740249, Atlanta, GA 30374-0249. You need to let them know that you were denied credit and want the version of the report that has your SBFE data on there. They will mail, fax or email your report. Once you have your report please email a copy to email@example.com with the name of the company in the subject line.
To get a free copy of your Dun & Bradstreet Business Credit Report call (866) 785-0429. You need to let them know that you were denied credit and want the version of the report that has your SBFE data on there. They will email your report. Once you have your report please email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the company in the subject line.
To get a free copy of your LexisNexis Business Credit Report you can either call (800) 382-6228, email email@example.com, or you can mail to LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. Attention Small Business Advocacy Center P.O. Box 105108, Atlanta, GA 30348-5108. They will need to verify the business owner’s identity so have your DL, address and SS ready. You need to let them know that you were denied credit and want the version of the report that has your SBFE data on there. They will mail, email or fax your report. Once you have your report please email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the company in the subject line.
To get a copy of your Experian Business Credit Report please visit https://www.smartbusinessreports.com/sbfe. You need to do an advanced search, with the information that you provided us. Once you have your report please email a copy to email@example.com with the name of the company in the subject line.
Please make sure all of your clients, including you, have signed the attached Sweep Program PDF form. If both of you have not signed the form, we can not and will not send out disputes. Also, if your client does not use credit monitoring from smartcredit.com/ficopump and provide their username and password, your file will not go out.
To place an order, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org in the subject line put your request and add the attached credit card authorization form. You will then be sent a DocuSign that needs to be signed before we process your request.
General Refund Requests
All lines appear within 60 days, most post within 30, some post sooner, depending on the credit bureaus, and after you are added. Trade-lines stay on file permanently. If the line does not appear within the 60 day period listed above, we will issue a replacement. If the REPLACEMENT line does not post within its time period then we will issue you a credit. You as the client and/or broker are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us.
Being one digit off on an SSN or date of birth, or spelling a name incorrectly will cause a trade-line not to post properly. We DO NOT replace lines when you submit inaccurate information so please double check your info. If you submit incorrect or inaccurate information, you would need to re-purchase the line again if the order was already processed.
It is the client’s responsibility to open their own credit monitoring service. It is not our job to open your credit monitoring service. We only use smartcredit.com/ficopump because it integrates easily with our CRM and provides quicker updates, more accurate information, and sends alerts in real-time that the free services do not send. Note that we do not accept Credit Karma or any free credit monitoring site as proof of non-posting. This is the industry standard. More information on our trusted credit monitoring sites as proof of non-posting is listed below.
Primary Trade-lines are PERMANENT. After the 30th business day after the upload date, if the line has not posted, please submit a Support Ticket to inform us. We will investigate. If you don’t submit a ticket, then we DON’T KNOW ABOUT IT. In order to investigate trade-lines that have not posted, we will need you to accurately fill out all information on your order form. You must provide a valid login ID and password from our trusted credit monitoring site (we will only accept: smartcredit.com/ficopump). After 20 business days, if you have not emailed us we will assume that the line has posted and the transaction has successfully completed.
In the event of a tradeline getting shut down, or a line becoming unavailable or sold out, we will select an equivalent or better trade line and move you to it. This may be without notice. Changes happen so frequently that we are unable to notify every client of every change.
A note about Fraud Alerts & Freezes: If you have a Fraud Alert or Freeze on a credit report, you MUST remove it in order for your trade-line to report properly. ANY AND ALL FRAUD or FREEZE ALERTS MUST BE REMOVED BY YOU. If you do not, you will run into posting issues that we will not accommodate for. In order to remove a Fraud Alert, you must call each credit bureau and remove it. You are welcome to put the fraud or freeze alert back on your file once your trade-line posting is complete.
Credit Restoration Refunds
Refunds for credit restoration will not be considered until after the 60 business day mark. If you are not satisfied with the work done on your file within 60 business days, a refund or credit of services will be considered based on a client basis only.
Other packages listed on the site also have a specific time frame for completion. If you have passed the time frame and you are not satisfied, a refund or a credit of services will be considered based on a client basis only.
